JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-01-2020 The admitted amount in the bill raised by the petitioner for carrying out and completing the work towards Agreement No. 35 F2 of 2017-18 amounting to Rs. 1,13,519/- has not been paid to him for no apparent good reason except for intimating the petitioner that the payment shall be made only on the allotment of funds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this cannot be the reason for delaying the dues of the petitioner by the State.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16378 of 2019 dt.18-01-2020 2/2 On the petitioner making a fresh representation before the Executive Engineer, Vaishali Building Division, Hajipur (respondent no. 4) within a period of three weeks, the entire facts shall be verified by him and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary order shall be passed and arrangement be made for payment of the aforesaid dues, failing which the petitioner would have the liberty to approach this Court again and seek, alongside the payment, interest on the aforesaid payment. The whole exercise must be completed within a period of four months from the date of preferring of the representation along with a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
