Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the High Court, has produced before me a judgment of this Court, dated 03.02.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12 of 2015, in order to submit that the petitioner's claim for counting his service from the date of his initial appointment in government service cannot be entertained.
He appears to be right in his submission in view of the said judgment, dated 03.02.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12 of 2015.
This application deserves to be dismissed and is, accordingly, dismissed.
