JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.7.2022, passed in CWJC No. 1844 of 2021, to the extent that the turf of the Circle Officer, which has been wrongly typed as Circle Officer, Kotwa, East Champaran, be corrected and the same be directed to be read as Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran at Motihari.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, the turf of Circle Officer had been wrongly mentioned, both in the cause title as also in the writ petition, however, upon realizing the mistake, the present

Patna High Court MJC No.1858 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 modification petition has been filed to correct the depiction of the concerned Circle Officer, who is actually that of Harsidhi, East Champaran at Motihari and not of Kotwa.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the concerned Circle Officer, wherever appearing in the order dated 29.7.2022, passed in CWJC No. 1844 of 2021, shall be deemed to be read as Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran at Motihari. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 29.7.2022, passed in CWJC No. 1844 of 2021.
