JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application has sought for a direction to the respondent concerned to provide the appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Panchayat teacher, as he has been selected for the post, but till date appointment letter has not been issued in his favour, for which, the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Supaul within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.22431 of 2012 (2) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application is disposed of.
