This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No.42 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2022. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, period of custody and the age of the victim girl which has been assessed between 17-19 years, this regular bail application is allowed.
