The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2012 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is named in the first information report and the case is of the year 2012.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that all the other accused persons have been acquitted. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor also. In view of the fact that the case is of the year 2012 and the petitioner is named in the first information report, but, he has not moved the Court for anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.
