Case No. 05 of 2013 by the Additional District Judge 5th, Lakhisarai.

Having gone through the records of the case I am not inclined to entertain the application. Hence the same is rejected with direction to court below to conclude the trial positively, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court is directed to send a list of remaining witnesses/ the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, concerned and the Superintendent of
