Petitioner, who has got no criminal antecedent, was apprehended along with 30 pieces of Nepali wine each pouch containing 300 ml (nine litres) and for that, is under custody since 06.06.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Najir Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sahiyara P. S. Case no.73 of 2016.
