17-05-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order, dated 03.05.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21423 of 2017 to the extent to ignore the word "S.T. No. 140 of 2017" for the reason that no such sessions trial or any sessions trial is pending in respect of Beldaur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017. The sessions trial number has wrongly been typed in paragraph 1 and written in prayer portion of the bail application consequently incorporated in the order, dated 03.05.2017. After hearing the parties, let "S.T. No. 140 of 2017" be ignored and not read in the order, dated 03.05.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21423 of 2017 and it only be read that the petitioner has been granted regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017. This application stands allowed and the order, dated 03.05.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21423 of 2017, is modified to the extent indicated above.
