2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The crime was committed in the Customer Service Centre of the State Bank of India and Rs. 5 lakhs was looted by the criminals. The crime has been captured in the CCTV footage. The petitioner has been identified from the CCTV footage. The petitioner is in jail since 15.05.2023.

4. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has made submission that the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60979 of 2023(5) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 innocent and he has been falsely implicated but this Court is not convinced with the argument of learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
