This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/ 26 of the Arms Act.

Submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that an ineffective country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The fact of the same being ineffective is to be found at Annexure-2, which is a report submitted by the Sergeant. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
