JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 28.06.2012 contained in Memo No. 523 dated 28.06.2012, passed in Case No. 560(14)/2012 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.22879 of 2012 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
