JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 14.12.2011, contained in Memo No. 889 dated 14.12.2011, passed in Appeal No. 24/2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
