1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a supplementary show cause, copy whereof has already been filed online. Let the same be kept on record.

2. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted by referring to the supplementary show cause filed in the present case that the arrears of salary for the suspension period has already stood paid to the petitioner, which is not

Patna High Court MJC No.3073 of 2019(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he submits that certain amount, outstanding on the head of differential amount of Earned Leave and on the head of monetary benefits, emanating out of grant of the benefits of ACP, are pending for payment, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondents for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
