Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that initial appointment of the petitioner has been declared to be illegal by the Apex Court in SLP No. 8649 of 2018, however, petitioner was allowed, vide orders of this Court passed in CWJC No. 4903 of 2003 and Letters Patent Appeal No. 946 of 2003, during which period petitioner remained in service and the services of the petitioner was taken for specified period and petitioner is entitled for grant of G.P.F.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11795 of 2023 dt.19-09-2023 2/2 and Group Insurance. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner has claimed the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition considering the fact that the petitioner has rendered his services from time to time as per the direction of this Court. In these background, petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Madhubani- respondent no. 4 for the releif(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Madhubani- respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and if the petitioner is entitled for payment of any amount on account of G.P.F. and Group Insurance, the same be paid to him within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. With above observations and directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
