The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 registered under Sections 353, 504, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Public Property Damage Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30317 of 2020 (Annexure-2). Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
