2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 581 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. It has come during investigation that the petitioner and other accused persons including the deceased had gone for stealing electric wire and while stealing the electric wire, the deceased got electric shock and subsequently brought to a doctor, who declared him dead. Thereafter, the accused persons in the Scorpio Vehicle, driven by the petitioner, went to dispose of the body of the deceased in the river.

5. From the records of the case, it appears that the

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray of regular bail.
