1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Navinagar P.S Case no.241 of 2024 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(9), 25(1)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol and 19 cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.1.2025 (Annexure-P/1) passed in Cr. Misc. no.83663 of 2024 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. It has been more than six months since passing of the said order. The petitioner is in custody since 20.9.2024 and has

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R, liberty granted to the petitioner in the earlier order of rejection dated 17.1.2025 together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 20.9.2024 and not having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Navinagar P.S Case no.241 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Aurangabad.
