14-02-2017 Heard Sri Chandra Bhushan Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 7. The present petition has been filed in the garb of restoring C.W.J.C. No. 712 of 2007, which stood dismissed on 22-01-2015. It is true that when the writ petition was taken up, there was non-appearance, but while dismissing the case for default, a Bench of this Court by order dated 22-01-2015 had made it clear that there would be no question for restoring the said application.
In view of observation of this Court and fact disclosed in the present petition, there is no reason to pass any favourable order.
