JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.91 of 2017, registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner no.1, a candidate for selection of Constables appeared before the Board but at the time of physical examination, petitioner no.2, cousin of the petitioner no.1 impersonated him and both were arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 was only present there and falsely implicated in this case. However, petitioners have been in custody since

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Manoj Kumar Singh and Jitendra Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-XIVcum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.91 of 2017.
