Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26571 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/3 CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 As aforesaid three applications arise out of the same First Information Report, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353, 332, 427, 379, 337, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Damage of Property Act read with section 61 of Bihar Excise Act (Amendment) 2016.

As per allegation 60 named and about 250 - 300 unknown persons came to the police station and vandalised and dismantle articles etc.

Petitioners claim to have been in custody since 2.5.2016. It is contended that one of the co-accused, namely, Kashi Nath Bhagat has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 15.6.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25348/2016 by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Vijai Sah @ Vijay Sah of Cr. Misc. No. 26571/2016, Anis Kumar @ Anish Kumar of Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26571 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 3/3 26581/2016 and Sandeep Singh of Cr. Misc. No. 26612 of 2016 are directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan (Mufassil) P.S.
