Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 147/148/324/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to F.I.R. for land dispute the petitioners are order givers and other co-accused allegedly committed fire-arm injury and death.

The petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2016. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28268 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.418 of 2016, with condition that petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioners in this case.
