The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 204 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of double murder and the opinion of this Court it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
