The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.04.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.2544 of 2021. Thereafter, the instant application was filed for grant of bail.

Vide order dated 01.12.2021, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report has been sent by learned Additional District Judge-18th, Muzaffarpur, dated 14.12.2021, kept at flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that the next date is fixed on 17.12.2021 on the point of charge and the time likely to conclude the trial is about six

Considering the submissions made in the report and that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
