This application has been filed for restoration of the Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1180 of 2017, which has been dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 17.05.2017. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already complied the order dated 17.05.2017 after one day of the peremptory time allowed to him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both the sides and considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and the Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 1180 of 2017 is restored to its original file. Office is directed verify the compliance of the order dated 17.05.2017 and if any compliance has been made, the same be considered as valid compliance of the aforesaid order.
