2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 354(b), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 15.05.2024 at about 3:00 PM, for a trivial dispute, these petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons abused and assaulted informant and his family members, as a result of which, five persons including informant sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58862 of 2024(4) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 a petty dispute, an altercation took place between the parties , in which both sides sustained injuries. Injuries, allegedly caused by petitioners, are simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 223 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
