The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Sarfraz Mian, and, thereafter, petitioner was remanded in this case on 12.01.2016 but it appears that up till now, he has not been put on T.I.P. and the investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 110 of 2015.
