The petitioner seeks bail in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner was apprehended with stolen articles.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was simply a driver and was not aware about the nature of consignment, which was being transported in the vehicle, and he was simply following the instruction of the owner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
