Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioners are languishing in custody since 07.07.2016 in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 420,489(B) and 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code.
Three persons were apprehended by the police near bus stop and from possession of co-accused Ashis Biswas, fake Indian currency was recovered. Allegation is that the petitioners are

Submission of the petitioner is that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 07.07.2016 and only on suspicion the petitioners were arrested and there is no other material against the petitioners to implicate them with the crime.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chef Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj /Successor Court, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016 with condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the Court below having immovable property there at.
