JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two others were caught by police and fire-arms as well as some cash were recovered from their possession, for which, Nokha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner and two others. Petitioner was remanded in the present case from Nokha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 and, thereafter, he confessed his guilt, disclosing his involvement in the present case also.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
