JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the informant is said to have sustained one injury on his abdomen. The opinion regarding the nature of aforesaid injury was kept pending and till the passing of the impugned order, the prosecution failed to produce the complete injury report of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1385 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.134 of 2015.
