The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013, registered for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier in this case a report was called for from the S.P. Chapra and from perusal of the said report, it appears that the case is fixed only for the evidence of I.O.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of with direction to the court below to conclude the trial within a period of three months as report of S.P. Chapra shows that out of six witness three have already been examined in this case and as regards three other witnesses, one has died and one has fled away and another is a very old and ill person.

At the same time, S.P. Saran is directed to take all steps for production of I.O. in the trial court in this case on next date fixed.
