JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 This application for regular bail arises out of Nanpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 (Sessions Trial No. 106 of 2021) disclosing offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the IPC and later on vide order dated 06.03.2020 Section 302, 201/34 of the IPC has also been added.

2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail by filing this application which was earlier rejected twice vide order dated 20.01.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33197 of 2020 and order dated 15.12.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 43525 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner based on the instructions, which he has received submits that all the prosecution's witnesses have been examined at the trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58591 of 2022(5) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 except the official witnesses i.e. the investigating officer and the Doctor.

4. In such view of the matter, instead of considering the petitioner's prayer for bail, this application is disposed of with an observation that the remaining official witnesses are examined within two months from today so as to expedite the conclusion of the trial.
