2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is covered by the order passed in the case of Sunil Kumar Versus The State of Bihar and Ors, reported in 2022 (6) BLJ 144 (paras 127 to 131) and this case may also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
3. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this case is disposed of in terms of the order passed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.14208 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 the case of Sunil Kumar (supra).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order has been challenged in the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
5. Accordingly, any order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court shall have natural consequences to all the stake holders.
