Taking into consideration that specific allegation of giving fatal blow is against co-accused Subhash Singh and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he along with other accused dragged the deceased.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Chandresh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hilsa, Nalanda/ concerned court in Karai Parsurai P.S. Case no. 102/2015.
