JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the competent authorities to direct respondent no. 7 not to misuse the amount of rent collected from the shops and godowns of Late Guru Mahanth Sri Thakur Das Ji of Kabir Math, Rosera and deposit the same in an account safely. The petitioner claims himself to be a citizen of India and, thus, having interest in proper functioning of the said Math. The averments made in the writ petition are quite vague. Besides that several disputed questions of fact have been raised in it, which cannot be adjudicated in a summary proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
