Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the written report of the informant itself, one unknown boy replaced her ATM card with ATM Card of the petitioner. The explanation on behalf of the petitioner is that ATM card of the petitioner had been lost in the year 2008 and on the prayer of the petitioner, aforesaid ATM card had already been blocked which is evident from perusal of annexure 3 to the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in NTPC Kahalgaon P.S.
