The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihpur Jhandapur O.P P.S. Case No.707 of 2022 (Session Case No. 85 of 2024) registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the father of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the trial the informant (P.W.-1) and P.W.-2 have become hostile. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2023 having clean antecedent. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, DistrictBhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur Jhandapur O.P. P.S. Case No. 707 of 2022.
