JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : "(I) That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher in pursuance of the order contained in Memo No.01, dated 15.2.2011.
Patna High Court CWJC No.23660 of 2012(4) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 And/Or To partly quash office order contained in Memo dated 13.2.2008 issued by Respondent No.7, whereby and whereunder the employment of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra has been cancelled with immediate effect.
And/Or During the pendency of this writ application may stay the operation of the impugned order contained in Memo dated 13.2.08.
And/Or To grant any other consequential reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to."
Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner as the order dated 15.12.2011 contained in Memo No.-01 dated 03.01.2012 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Buxar is under challenge in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
