The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/308/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65849 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 Considering the nature of dispute and also the nature of injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
