2. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the bail application of petitioner no. 1 (father-in-law of the deceased). The petitioner no. 1 is directed to surrender and pray for regular

4. So far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, they are brother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3. They are junior members of the family.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Kako P.S. Case No.126 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
