According to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Vikash Yadav, who pushed the deceased by catching his neck and so far as petitioner is concerned; at best, he may be treated as an order giver. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of damage of pillar of field of the informant. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dharahra P.S.
