JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier petitioner was granted bail by this Court by order dated 22.5.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 33745 of 2019 on the condition that learned trial court to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and now it has come that petitioner is accused in four other cases and this fact has been suppressed by the petitioner in his earlier bail application. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 28.12.2018 and he has been made accused on the basis of suspicion as four mobiles were recovered from his possession.

Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. If trial is
