2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tilkeshar P. S. Case No. 45/2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 24 liters foreign liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Rupesh Yadav.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-II, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with Tilkeshar P. S. Case No. 45/2025.
