Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application certain amount has been paid to the petitioner and now the grievance is confined to payment of part of the claim. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remedy to approach the Vice-Chancellor for redressal of his grievance and he submit that he may be permitted to approach Vice Chancellor afresh along with the copy of the order so that the representation may be duly

Patna High Court CWJC No.15635 of 2012(2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 addressed by the Vice -Chancellor within a time frame. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file afresh representation along with the copy of this order with necessary information as well as enclosing documents to substantiate his claim for payment of arrears within one month. The Vice Chancellor is required to address the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same by passing appropriate order within further period of two months and also require to ensure payment of all consequential benefits to the petitioner within time frame indicated hereinabove.
