In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.181 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on account of political rivalry as mother of the informant was also contested the election of Ward Panchayat, in which the mother of the informant was declared successful and Marai Mahto was defeated. The petitioners were not in a position to consume their defeat. In the night of 28.11.2016 while the informant and his

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
