JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Petitioner is appearing in person with the grievance that when he has condemned unheard by the District Magistrate and the order cast stigma against the petitioner. Petitioner admits that he has now superannuated. In view of the above no fruitful purpose would be served by deciding the instant writ petition as the order of debarment as invigilator or from examination work is of no consequence today when the petitioner has superannuated. In case the law permits the petitioner to be appointed as examiner or in examination work as invigilation, the order of the District Magistrate will not come in the way of the respondent in appointing the petitioner as invigilator or in
