KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Katihar Town P.S. Case No.55 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 406, 409 , 120B/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 7 of the E.C.Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused, Dina Gupta @ Dinanath Gupta has already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 3.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.27103/18. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, le the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Katihar, in Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No.55 of 2018 subject to the conditions
