The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to make payment of compensation amount of 4 decimals of land of Khesra No. 1254, Khata No. 447 situated in village Raghunathpur Imadpur block Bhagwanpur district Vaishali. The petitioner further prayed to direct the authorities of NHAI, Hajipur to dispose of his representation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact 8 decimals of land of Khesra No. 1254, Khata No. 447 situated in village Raghunathpur Imadpur block Bhagwanpur district Vaishali, belonging to the petitioner, was acquired for construction and widening of N.H.-77 but the authorities mentioned acquisition of only 4 decimals of land and did not mention about acquisition of 8 decimals of land although there is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3550 of 2015 (4) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 report submitted before the authorities by the Amin that 8 decimals of land of the petitioner was used in widening and construction of N.H.-77. The petitioner has also filed a representation before the authority on 13.11.2014 (Annexure-3) and the same is still pending.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents No.1 to 5 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-3, within four months from the date of receipt of this order by a reasoned order.

This writ petition stands disposed of.
