JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as University. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation contained in Annexure-18 dated 27.8.2012. He submits that till date the representation is pending before the Registrar of the University. On behalf of the respondents a specific statement has been made in the counter affidavit that payment amounting to Rs. 32613/- through cheque no. 000235 dated 26.03.2012 has been paid to the petitioner by the then Principal.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21837 of 2012(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation alongwith a copy of this order enclosing the other documents to substantiate his claim and the University will consider the representation and pass appropriate order on the representation within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
